Product Details
All products sold in this Bigcartel shop are PRE-ORDER items. All images in the graphics are mock-ups and may not be representative of the final product. Production for physical items will begin after the end of the pre-order period, and is estimated to take 3-4 months. Any production updates or delays will be communicated via our Social Medias. (Follow at the bottom of this page)
Digital items will be sent out via email after physical items have been shipped.
Digital Item Agreement
Users who purchase any listing including digital products must adhere to our digital item agreement. Shipping Policy
All orders placed via the Bigcartel store will be shipped from the United States. We ship physical items to the United States and Canada through this store. Please visit our Etsy Shop to purchase internationally. Digtal items may be purchased from anywhere.
We are unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, Germany, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. These places are not accepting packages from the United States Postal Service.
Please ensure that you fill out your address, including postcode, accurately. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered or the address being undeliverable you will be asked to pay a second shipping fee.
Address Changes
Around a week before shipping is due to begin, all customers will receive an Address Change reminder via email. Address changes will be permitted up until shipping begins. Please email as soon as possible with the new address. We accept address changes anytime after the preorder period begins. Please include order name and number in your email request.
Customers who change their address but do not inform the team before shipping, or fill out the wrong address, will bear any cost of redelivery required.
Refunds, Returns, and Resale
Refunds will be permitted up until the end of our pre-order period. We are unable to accept refunds once our production period begins.
As we are not a commercial business, we cannot accept returns. Please note that the final product may not be identical to the product mock-ups in the shop listings.
No part of this zine, including the digital PDF, may be resold.
Missing or Damaged Items
We will issue a replacement free of charge or a refund under the following circumstances:
- Missing item(s) from your package due to negligence in our packing process
- Damaged item(s) in your package due to negligence in our packing process
- Lost or damaged items during transit due to the shipping service [if you have purchased insurance and the shipping company accepts your claim]
Please contact us via email. An unboxing video is preferred.
We will not issue a replacement free of charge under the following circumstances:
- Missing or damaged item(s) due to improper shipping and handling by the postal service
- Lost or returned packages due to failure of delivery by the postal service
- Lost or returned packages that are due to your country's customs, including customs or import costs not being paid
- Lost or returned packages that are due to you entering your address incorrectly
- Damage or loss of item(s) due to someone else e.g. a friend or family member handling your package

In all cases, the mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.
AI Policy
The Noragami Zines team does not allow their products (digital or physical) to be entered into any generative AI program or chatbot (Grok, Chatgpt, Sora) for modification or training of the program. Doing so will result in a removal of your digital product license and a blacklist from our store for all future projects hosted.
